Exemplar Health Care is recruiting a Night Nurse for Brook View care home in Fazakerley, Liverpool. The role is 36 hours per week during nights, offering the opportunity to deliver person-centred nursing care for adults with complex needs.

You will be responsible for assessing residents, administering medications, promoting wellbeing, and acting as Nurse in Charge when on shift. A valid NMC PIN and registration are essential, with a supportive team and clear career development paths.

Qualifications

• First-level nursing registration with a valid NMC PIN is required.
• Registered Nurse from all backgrounds (Adult, Mental Health and Learning Disability) considered.
• Experience in care home settings is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assess and plan person-centred nursing care for residents.
• Safely administer medication.
• Promote health, wellbeing and independence.
• Act as Nurse in Charge on shift for a small unit.
• Manage behaviours of concern with appropriate strategies.
• Uphold dignity, respect and residents' choices.
