Dorset Integrated Urgent Care Service is seeking a nights-only registered nurse for autonomous home and community care across Dorset. Qualifikationen

• Registered practitioner training to degree or diploma level.
• Learning and Assessing in Practice qualification or equivalent training.
• Recent professional development in an up-to-date portfolio and willingness to advance clinical knowledge.

Aufgaben

• Deliver face-to-face autonomous nursing care to adults in homes and community settings.
• Take responsibility and act as shift lead as needed.
• Provide direct care to patients requiring palliative care.
• Promote independence and wellbeing for patients and carers.
• Work with a multidisciplinary team of nurses, paramedics and GPs.
• Support administrative duties including telephone triage with patients and professionals.
• Undertake personal development reviews for junior staff.
• Ensure medical instructions are understood, followed and recorded.
• Maintain equipment in good order and safety.
