Qualifications

• NMC registered nurse.
• Experience in elderly care including dementia.
• Knowledge of CQC regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
• Commitment to continuing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Assessing patients' health and care needs and developing care plans.
• Administering medication and monitoring service user response.
• Providing nursing care including wound and palliative care.
• Coordinating with other health professionals for personalised care.
• Assisting with activities of daily living and personal care.
• Providing emotional support to service users and families.
• Maintaining accurate records and adhering to CQC guidelines.
• Contributing to policy development and staff training.
• Participating in induction and ongoing training of new staff.
