Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per year.

Job Type: Full-time (42 hours per week, Night shifts)

About the Role:

Are you an experienced Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with leadership experience, looking for a rewarding new role in Greater Manchester? We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Lead (Nights) to join our highly-rated, All GOOD-rated nursing home, specialising in the care of individuals with Dementia/ challenging behaviors. You will play a key role in supporting the Registered Manager to deliver exceptional care and leadership to our dedicated team of nursing and care staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, support, and facilitate the nursing and medical needs of residents, ensuring high standards of care.
• Deputise for the Registered Manager when required, assisting with daily operations and providing leadership.
• Ensure the care provided is personalised, meeting each service user’s preferences and wishes.
• Oversee care delivery and the efficient management of the team during your shifts.
• Provide clinical guidance and support for staff on nursing and medical matters.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards, best practices, and legislative requirements.
• Keep accurate and up-to-date records and documentation related to care.
• Monitor and direct the effective running of the unit as a shift leader.

Requirements:

• Proven leadership and nursing home experience, with a track record in managing and leading care teams.
• Available to work nights (42 hours per week) and every other weekend.
• Strong knowledge of care standards, clinical governance, and compliance with regulatory frameworks.
• Ability to support and motivate care staff to deliver exceptional service.
• Passion for providing high-quality care to individuals with challenging behaviours.
