Job summary

Bupa UK is recruiting a Registered Nurse on a fixed-term 9-month contract at Aylesham Court Care Home in Kirby Muxloe, Leicester. The role involves 4x 12-hour days or nights per week (48 hours), with paid breaks.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin.
• Experience delivering person-centred care in a care home setting.
• Strong communication and leadership to mentor care teams.

Responsibilities

• Taking responsibility for the well-being of residents and ensuring physical, emotional and social needs are met.
• Coaching and guiding the team, delivering teaching programmes for colleagues and care professionals.
• Carrying out assessments and developing, implementing and evaluating individualised care plans.
• Monitoring work areas to ensure safety and compliance with standards and legislation.
