Qualifications
- No prior care experience required; enthusiasm and passion for helping people.
- We provide a full induction, specialist training and coaching.
- Follow individual support plans to meet needs and aspirations of each resident.
- Focus on developing independent living skills: personal hygiene, meal prep, exercise, leisure and socialising.
Responsibilities
- Provide personalised support to residents.
- Follow individual support plans to meet personal goals.
- Help residents develop daily living skills and independence.
- Assist with daily routines including personal hygiene, meals and activities.
