Brainkind is a charity delivering specialist neuro rehabilitation to adults with brain injuries in a residential setting near Horsham. You will join a team of rehabilitation support workers and work with a multidisciplinary team to help residents regain independence and achieve personal goals.

No prior care experience is required; we provide full induction and specialist training. The role focuses on developing daily living skills such as personal hygiene, meals, exercise, and social activities,

Qualifications

• Genuine empathy for residents and positive, patient approach.
• Ability to work well in a team and deliver tasks to a high standard.
• Excellent face-to-face communication and good literacy skills.
• Strong time-management and ability to prioritise workload.
