Job summary

Brainkind is recruiting a Night Rehabilitation Support Worker to join the team near Horsham/Broadbridge Heath. The role offers part-time or full-time shifts, with a rotating 4-week schedule, weekend hours, and a competitive hourly rate up to £14.21 plus £1 location allowance.

No prior care experience is required as full induction and specialist training are provided. You will help service users achieve rehabilitation goals through structured activities and daily living tasks.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated empathy for residents in rehabilitation.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Strong communication and literacy skills.
• Good time management and workload prioritisation.

Responsibilities

• Follow individual support plans to meet residents' needs.
• Help develop independent living skills like personal hygiene, meals, exercise and social activities.
• Provide personalised care with enthusiasm and a willingness to train in medication handling.
• Support brain injury rehabilitation within a multi-disciplinary team.
