Ely - Fen House is a specialist Neurorehabilitation centre managed by Brainkind. We offer personalised care to adults with brain injuries, focusing on daily living skills like hygiene, meals and exercise to help residents regain independence.

The Night Rehabilitation Support Worker role is based in Ely and involves supporting residents through individual plans, with full induction and training provided to develop your care skills and confidence.

Qualifications

• No prior care experience required; enthusiasm and a passion for helping people are valued.
• Full induction and specialist training and coaching are provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalised support to adult residents using individual care plans.
• Develop independence in daily living activities, such as personal hygiene, meals, exercise and social activities.

Night Rehabilitation Support Worker

Ely

Salary: Up to £14.21 per hour

Located in Ely, Fen House is a specialist Neurorehabilitation centre that provides rehabilitation and specialist care and support for up to 25 people with an acquired brain injury. We will train you to provide personalised support to our adult residents. You will follow individual support plans to meet the needs and aspirations of each person. The focus is developing independent living skills: personal hygiene, meal preparation, exercise, leisure activities, socialising – the daily routine of regular life.

You’re there to encourage and guide individuals, helping them regain the skills and confidence to live independently.

You do not need experience in care or support roles, just enthusiasm and a passion for helping people – we provide a full induction and specialist training and coaching.
