Qualifications

Experience in team-focused environments.
Understanding of how mental health affects daily life.
NVQ/QCF/RQF Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care preferred.

Responsibilities

Keep things running smoothly and safely as part of a wider team.
Support senior staff and help new team members get up to speed.
Use digital systems for logging care, booking leave, and sharing updates.
Help support the care, safety, and wellbeing of our residents.
