Nouvita Healthcare Ltd. is seeking reliable Mental Health Support Workers to join Howe Dell Manor in Hatfield. You’ll support adults with complex mental health needs, follow care plans, and work as part of a supportive team. Full training provided, with ongoing opportunities to learn and progress within the organisation.

Hours are 37.5 per week, and the role offers a competitive hourly rate (£12.76–£14.37) with benefits. Visa sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• NVQ/QCF/RQF Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care preferred.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop in care setting.

Responsibilities

• Put care plans into action and update records
• Help with daily care and wellbeing of residents
• Work as part of a wider team
