Job summary

Coniston House at Nouvita Healthcare Ltd. is seeking a dedicated night-shift care worker to provide high-quality, person-centred support for men with mental health needs in a brand-new residential service in Camberley.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team to implement recovery plans and engage residents in daily living and community activities. We value progression and will fund Health and Social Care qualifications where needed.

Qualifications

• At least one year’s experience in support work, preferably mental health.
• Ideally a Health and Social Care qualification or willingness to work towards one.
• Good IT literacy and confidence with electronic records systems.
• Reliable, resilient with strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality, person-centred care to men with mental health needs (night shift).
• Support residents with daily living, independence, activities and community engagement.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver individual support and recovery plans.
• Maintain accurate, timely records using electronic care systems.
• Help create a positive, recovery-focused environment as part of the founding staff.
