Woodlands Park Hotel, part of Hand Picked Hotels, is seeking a Night Manager to lead the Night Reception Team, ensuring guest experiences from dusk to dawn. Located in Cobham, Surrey, this full-time role offers a competitive £34,000 salary + service charge and 5 days out of 7.

The role focuses on safety, operational excellence, and coaching teams, with responsibilities spanning labour management, forecasting, and night audit processes within a 57-bedroom luxury setting.

• Proven experience in a hotel nights team, including supervising staff.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of night audit processes and property operations.”

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the Night Reception Team to deliver exceptional overnight guest experiences.
• Ensure safe, secure, and smoothly run operations throughout the night.
• Manage labour, forecast staffing needs, and contribute to budgeting and financial controls.
• Oversee bar service, room service handoffs, and conference room setup as required.
