Malmaison Hotel Du Vin Holdings Limited in Edinburgh is seeking a Night Manager to oversee hotel operations after hours, ensuring celebrity service and high standards. The role is hands-on with guest relations and brand integrity, offering development opportunities within Hotel Du Vin and Malmaison.

Compensation includes a competitive hourly rate up to £14.50 plus a TRONC service charge, along with extensive staff benefits and industry perks aimed at supporting career growth.

The Night Manager is instrumental in overseeing the running of the hotel from sundown to sunrise. This is a hands on role managing the guest expectations and ensuring the standards of the brand are maintained.
