About The Role

As a Night Manager at HC-One, your core value is kindness, which permeates all aspects of our Dementia, Nursing, Residential, and Specialist care homes. Your responsibilities include overseeing a specific part of the home, delivering the highest level of care, and managing the entire home in the absence of the Home Manager and Deputy. This involves reporting any concerns about residents' mobility, health, or wellbeing, always prioritizing resident dignity and safety.

We seek candidates with proven leadership skills in a care home setting for vulnerable adults, complemented by positive energy and excellent communication skills. The role requires accountability, consideration, and kindness in all interactions with residents and colleagues.

Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility. You should be able to recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect, know the appropriate actions to take, and report concerns effectively. Safeguarding training will be provided, along with additional role-specific training.
