Job Opportunity: Night Supervisor at Hilton Garden Inn Birmingham

Salary: £26,956.80 per annum, 5 days per week

Do you have a strong background in a branded hotel, working in front of house or as part of the reception team?

Can you uphold brand standards at any time of the day?

Role Responsibilities

The Night Supervisor is responsible for managing the Front Desk operations and supporting the management team with Night Audits.

With knowledge of the hotel’s products and services, you will handle all guest requests, including providing additional room amenities or delivering room service.

This role requires flexibility to adapt during shifts and the initiative to prepare the hotel for the day ahead.

Essential Skills

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team are essential.
