A leading hospitality company is seeking a Night Supervisor for Hilton Garden Inn Birmingham. This role involves managing front desk operations, supporting the management team, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills and a background in branded hotels. Salary: £26,956.80 per annum, 5 days per week

The Night Supervisor is responsible for managing the Front Desk operations and supporting the management team with Night Audits.
With knowledge of the hotel’s products and services, you will handle all guest requests, including providing additional room amenities or delivering room service.
This role requires flexibility to adapt during shifts and the initiative to prepare the hotel for the day ahead.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team are essential.
