Job summary

Fawkes & Reece London is recruiting a Night Construction Manager for a high-profile 200m CAT A/B fit-out project in Central London. The role is freelance with a 11-floor scope, reporting to the on-site Project Manager to deliver 3–4 floors from shell to handover.

Work will be 6pm–6am, with an immediate start and a contract running through May 2027. You will lead day-to-day site operations, drive the programme, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure flawless delivery of high-end finishes while

The commercial fit out world has taken off in the last few weeks! One of my best customers has asked me to recruit for a Night Construction Manager based in the City of London.

Hours are 6pm - 6am.

About the role of Construction Manager

I'm Currently recruiting for an experienced freelance Construction Manager to work on a high-profile 200m project in Central London. It is an 11 floor CAT A and B fit out and we need a Construction Manager to deliver 3 / 4 floors from shell to handover, the contract will run until May 2027. You will report to a Project Manager based on site and your main responsibilities will be to run the fit out safely and on time.

Responsibilities for Construction Manager

• Lead & Manage day to day site operations
• Drive the programme and Sub-contraction coordination
• Ensure delivery of high-end finishes to a standard
• Maintain strict H&S compliance and quality standards

Requirements for Construction Manager

• Strong background working with reputable main contractors or fit-out specialists
• Strong leadership presence and ability to drive site performance
• Proven experience delivering Cat A/B fit-out ( 35m+ preferred)
