Job summary

Cityscape Recruitment in Chester is seeking an experienced Night Site Manager to oversee a high-profile retail fit-out project in Chester. You will supervise night shifts, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure the project program and budget are met while maintaining rigorous Health & Safety standards.

The ideal candidate will have retail fit-out/refurbishment experience and valid SMSTS/CSCS credentials, with strong leadership and communication skills.

We are currently looking for an experienced Night Site Manager to oversee a retail shop fit-out project in Chester.

Essential Requirements

• Previous experience managing shop fit-out or retail refurbishment projects is essential.
• Proven track record delivering retail projects in live or occupied environments.
• Strong understanding of Health & Safety and site management procedures.
• Able to manage subcontractors, programme works, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
