Job summary

Holiday Inn Express London - Park Royal is looking for a Night Team Member to join our team in a 32h position that can extend to 40h. You will welcome guests during the late hours, assist with check-ins/outs, and ensure a smooth night operation.

Responsibilities include night audits, handling guest requests, maintaining a safe, tidy lobby, and coordinating with the morning team for a seamless handover. Applicants should be flexible and customer-focused.

• Handle night audits and end-of-day reports, keeping things organised and ready for the morning crew.
• Be the go-to for any guest requests during the night, whether it’s room service or an extra pillow.
• Keep the lobby and public areas tidy and welcoming, setting up the hotel for a fresh start each morning.
• Monitor safety and security through regular checks, making sure guests enjoy a peaceful night’s stay.
• Coordinate with the early morning team to hand off a seamless shift, so everyone’s ready to take on the day.
