Klarent Hospitality Limited is hiring a Night Manager to lead and manage night shift operations across our UK hotels. You will resolve guest queries promptly, oversee the Front Office with a focus on high standards and smooth handovers.

We expect confident communication, strong leadership and the ability to work under pressure. A track record in a supervisory role, preferably night shifts, is essential to deliver exceptional service and maintain security overnight.

• Proven managerial or supervisory experience, preferably in a night shift environment.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• High attention to detail.
• Thrive under pressure and maintain composure during night operations.

• Lead and manage night shift operations to ensure smooth running of the business.
• Address and resolve guest queries promptly and professionally.
• Assist the Front Office Manager to oversee the entire Front Office operation.
• Complete accurate reports and shift handovers.
• Supervise night staff, ensuring duties are performed to a high standard.
