Job summary

Kisimul Group Ltd is seeking a compassionate Night Life Practitioner for Hawthorn House in Swinderby. You will support individuals with complex needs, help with daily living activities, and accompany them on community trips. A company vehicle is provided for transport as part of duties.

The role offers structured progression via a competency framework, with starting hourly rates from Level 1 to Level 3 (£13.37–£14.37). A £500 joining bonus is available and DBS checks are required.

About The Role

£500 Joining Bonus

Our Children Residential Home is looking for night Life Practitioners to join our team at Hawthorn House in Swinderby.

We are looking for a compassionate, enthusiastic, and a dedicated Life Practitioner to join our team. As a Life Practitioner, you will provide essential support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs. You will play a key role in helping them live fulfilling, independent lives by assisting them in daily activities and accompanying them on trips into the community.

We provide a company vehicle that can be used to transport the people we support to community activities such as shopping, meals, appointments, and outings. To drive the company vehicle, you must have held a full UK drivers licence or have been driving in the UK for 2 years or more.

Starting Rates Are Effective From 1st September 2026

Level 1 - £13.37, Level 2 - £13.87, Level 3 £14.37
