Kisimul Group is recruiting a Night Life Practitioner for our Adult Residential Home at Tigh Bruadair, Gainsborough, Lincolnshire. You will support adults with severe learning disabilities, assisting with daily activities and accompanying them on community outings.
We offer a company vehicle for transport, a stepped pay scale (£13.37–£14.37 hourly) with progression through our competency framework, and funded qualifications to help you grow within the role.
We are looking for a compassionate, enthusiastic, and a dedicated Night Life Practitioner to join our team. As a Night Life Practitioner, you will provide essential support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs. You will play a key role in helping them live fulfilling, independent lives by assisting them in daily activities and accompanying them on trips into the community.
We provide a company vehicle that can be used to transport the people we support to community activities such as shopping, meals, appointments, and outings. To drive the company vehicle, you must have held a full UK drivers licence or have been driving in the UK for 2 years or more.
Starting rates are £13.37 and for those with experience it’s £14.37
Level 1 - £13.37, Level 2 - £13.87, Level 3 £14.37
