Kisimul Group Ltd is seeking Night Life Practitioners to support adults with learning disabilities at our location in Gainsborough, Lincolnshire. You will provide compassionate care, assist with daily activities, and accompany clients on community outings.
Role involves night shifts, requires a valid UK driving licence for the company vehicle, and offers progression through a competency framework with increasing pay grades.
We are looking for a compassionate, enthusiastic, and a dedicated Night Life Practitioner to join our team. As a Night Life Practitioner, you will provide essential support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs. You will play a key role in helping them live fulfilling, independent lives by assisting them in daily activities and accompanying them on trips into the community.
We provide a company vehicle that can be used to transport the people we support to community activities such as shopping, meals, appointments, and outings. To drive the company vehicle, you must have held a full UK drivers licence or have been driving in the UK for 2 years or more.
Starting rates are £13.37 and for those with experience it’s £14.37
Level 1 - £13.37, Level 2 - £13.87, Level 3 £14.37
