Job summary

Kisimul Group Limited is seeking a Night Life Practitioner for Thorpe Lane, South Hykeham, Lincolnshire. You will support adults with learning disabilities and complex needs, assisting daily activities and accompanying them on community trips, including driving the company vehicle where eligible.

The role offers a pathway through our competency framework to increases in hourly pay, with the potential for progression and development within a caring team environment.

Qualifications

About The Role

Our Adult Supported Living Home is looking for Life Practitioners to join our team at Thorpe Lane in South Hykeham, Lincolnshire. We are looking for a compassionate, enthusiastic, and a dedicated Night Life Practitioner to join our team. As a Night Life Practitioner, you will provide essential support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs. You will play a key role in helping them live fulfilling, independent lives by assisting them in daily activities and accompanying them on trips into the community.

We provide a company vehicle that can be used to transport the people we support to community activities such as shopping, meals, appointments, and outings. To drive the company vehicle, you must have held a full UK drivers licence or have been driving in the UK for 2 years or more.

Starting rates are £13.37 and for those with experience it’s £14.37. Level 1 - £13.37, Level 2 - £13.87, Level 3 £14.37.

You will have the opportunity to enhance your skills through our competency framework, unlocking pathways to increased hourly rates of pay.
