Job summary

Statim Healthcare is seeking experienced support workers for Delfryn Lodge in Mold to provide consistent night shift support for adults with learning disabilities. The role requires reliability and confidence working in LD settings, with access to regular night shifts for consistent scheduling.

Mandatory qualifications include SCW PIN, LD care experience, PMVA, Oliver McGowan Level 2, Moving & Handling training, updated blood/immunisation records, Enhanced DBS and two references.

Qualifications

• Valid SCW PIN on file.
• Learning Disability care experience required.
• PMVA training completed.
• Oliver McGowan Level 2 qualification.
• Moving & Handling practical training and enhanced DBS.
• Up-to-date blood/immunisation records.
• Two satisfactory references.
• Experience with complex needs and challenging behaviour is valued.

Responsibilities

• Support adults with learning disabilities on consistent night shifts.
• Provide person-centred care and maintain dignity and respect.
• Monitor wellbeing, identify risks, and respond safely to changing needs.
• Document care activities and communicate with the care team.
