Brown's Hotel, a Rocco Forte Hotel, invites a Night In Room Dining Waiter/Waitress to join our In Room Dining team in Mayfair. Shifts are 7PM–7AM on a 4-on/4-off cycle.

You will deliver luxury in-room dining with discretion, work with supervisory staff, and help create bespoke guest experiences in a fast-paced, 5-star setting. We seek candidates with a genuine passion for exceptional service, a proactive attitude, and a strong work ethic.

Your Key Responsibilities

Rocco Forte Hotels is seeking a Night In Room Dining Waiter/Waitress to join our In Room Dining team.

Shifts: 4 days on 4 days off, 7PM - 7AM.

You will deliver exceptional service to guests enjoying luxury dining in the comfort of their rooms, working closely with the assistant manager and supervisors to meet high guest expectations. With a passion for fine food and wine, you'll be confident, adaptable, and well-presented, providing discrete, high quality service in a fast-paced environment.
