Job summary

Mitie is seeking a Nights Hygiene Supervisor in Grimsby to oversee routine and periodic cleaning while meeting SLA commitments. You will supervise staff, coordinate high and low-risk hygiene tasks, and ensure safe handling and storage of chemicals, liaising with the Hygiene shift manager.

The role requires prior supervisory and cleaning experience, reliability, and the ability to work to a schedule. Training will be provided, and a strong emphasis on hygiene standards will be maintained across

Qualifications

• Prev. supervisory and cleaning experience.
• Good communication and reliability.
• Willingness to follow schedules and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Lead cleaning staff to meet schedules and SLAs.
• Perform high/low-risk cleaning tasks and operate equipment.
• Ensure safety procedures, label/secure chemicals and liaise with shift manager.
