Job summary

Avara Foods Ltd. in Brackley is seeking a Night Hygiene Operative to join our fast-paced FMCG facility. You’ll work overnight to ensure hygiene standards are met, supporting production readiness with thorough cleaning and equipment sanitation.

We offer training from day one, a rotating pay weekly system, and overtime options. You will be part of a team that keeps our high standards for safe, quality products across a major poultry operation.

Qualifications

• Good level of English and basic numeracy skills.
• Ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively.
• Good attention to detail and a flexible attitude to tasks.
• Experience within a production/manufacturing environment is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring the factory is cleaned to the required standards as laid down by the Companies Cleaning Instruction Cards.
• Cleaning all machinery ready for production start-up with the use of chemicals and jet washers.
• Wiping down all equipment after the full clean to ensure no residues are present.
• Comply fully with cleaning standards set by the department and adhere to cleaning times to ensure that production can start on time.
