Job summary

Avara Foods is recruiting Night Hygiene Operatives to join our Hereford site in Herefordshire. You will support hygiene standards in a production environment and work the night shift with full training provided.

No previous experience is required; you will earn a minimum of £560 per week with a base rate of £13.67 per hour plus a £1.61 shift premium, with overtime and guaranteed hours available. On-site parking and a subsidised staff canteen are provided.

Qualifications

• Good level of English and basic numeracy skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate clearly.
• Excellent attention to detail with a flexible approach.
• Experience in production is desirable but full training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Hygiene team to meet required food safety standards.
• Follow health and safety rules at all times.
• Carry out tasks as directed by the Team Leader and management.
