Job summary

Mitie Group plc. in Redditch is seeking a Night Hygiene Operative to deliver excellent cleaning standards, meet SLAs and follow cleaning schedules.

This permanent, full-time role pays £14.16 per hour and runs 36 hours per week, with night shifts Sunday to Wednesday or Monday to Wednesday. You will work at Blue Earth Foods, follow health and safety rules, maintain equipment, and contribute to a safe, clean environment.

• Ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained, and in safe working order.

• Follow Health and Safety requirements and complete all required training.
• Work effectively within a team and independently, delivering excellent customer service.

We're looking for a Night Hygiene Operative who will deliver excellent service standards, while meeting SLA agreements and adhering to cleaning schedules.

Contract: Permanent

Type: Full time

Pay: £14.16 Per Hour

Hours: 36 hours per week (Sunday 08:00 - 17:30 ( possibility to change the hours same is Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday) / Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 19:30 - 05:00)

Role Responsibilities:

• Ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained, and in safe working order


• Meet all agreed SLAs and follow cleaning schedules


• Build knowledge of the designated cleaning area and understand cleaning equipment and chemicals used


• Follow Health and Safety requirements and complete all required training


• Work effectively within a team and independently, delivering excellent customer service
