Job summary

Mitie Group plc. in Leicester is seeking a Part-Time Cleaner to deliver cleaning services at Boots - Leicester - Thurmaston Shopping Centre. The role requires 11hrs 11mins per week across 5 days, with a pay rate of £12.71 per hour.

You must have previous retail/commercial cleaning experience and be able to pass basic DBS checks. The role involves meeting SLAs, following cleaning schedules, and working both in a team and independently to provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• MUST HAVE PREVIOUS RETAIL / COMMERCIAL CLEANING EXPERIENCE.
• MUST BE ABLE TO PASS BASIC DBS CHECKS.

Responsibilities

• Ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained, and in safe working order
• Meet all agreed SLAs and follow cleaning schedules
• Build knowledge of the designated cleaning area and understand cleaning equipment and chemicals used
• Follow Health and Safety requirements and complete all required training
• Work effectively within a team and independently, delivering excellent customer service
