Welcome Break, Ramada Bristol Hotel in Gordano, is seeking a Hotel Nights Receptionist with immediate start. You’ll be the friendly face guests see first, handling check-ins and payments while delivering welcoming service.

The role offers flexible full-time or part-time hours, with pay up to £13.35 per hour plus £1 meals on every shift. Training provided and opportunities to grow within the Welcome Break team.

Qualifications

• Provide friendly, welcoming service to guests.
• Stay calm, organised and professional when busy.
• Accurately handle bookings, payments and guest requests.
• Be willing to learn new systems with full training.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, and ensure guests have what they need for a great stay.
• Handle bookings and payments, answer calls and guest questions, and keep the reception area tidy.
• Follow health, safety and security procedures and escalate issues quickly and confidently.
