Job summary

Bespoke Hotels in Scotland is seeking a night shift team member to help maintain a welcoming, safe environment for guests. You will be responsible for hotel public areas, assisting during night hours, and preparing for the next day’s events.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience in customer service or hotels.
• Customer service oriented and reliable.
• Willingness to learn as part of a growing team.

Responsibilities

• To complete statutory fire and security checks.
• To provide room service, preparing and serving food to Company standards.
• Complete daily hand over procedures in an efficient and responsible manner.
• Ensure all corridors are clear; fire extinguishers and fire doors are secure whilst conducting safety floor checks during the night.
