Job summary

Pertemps South Midlands Driving Hub is recruiting experienced HGV Class 1 Night Drivers for ongoing work based in Corby. The role covers curtain-sided trailer work with an 18:00 start, delivering and collecting across regional and national networks.

You will be paid £19 per hour and can choose part-time or full-time patterns, with weekly pay and long-running shifts. Applicants must have a valid HGV Class 1 licence and CPC, plus Digital Tachograph and knowledge of Drivers' Hours rules;

Qualifications

• Two years of Class 1 driving experience
• HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence
• CPC Qualification Card
• Digital Tachograph Card
• Understanding of Drivers' Hours regulations

Responsibilities

• HGV Class 1 curtain-sided trailer work
• RDC deliveries and collections
• Load securing using straps
• Vehicle checks and defect reporting
• Completing delivery paperwork
• Maintaining driving and safety standards
