Job summary

People Solutions is currently recruiting for an HGV Class 1 Driver Nights in Crick. The role offers regular, ongoing night shifts with immediate starts and competitive PAYE pay rates.

You will operate Category C+E vehicles, conduct pre- and post-checks, and ensure loads are secured to compliance standards. The position requires a valid UK Cat C+E licence, Driver CPC, and a Digital Tachograph Card, plus at least two years of Cat C+E experience and a clean penalty point record.

Qualifications

• Valid UK Category C+E Driving Licence
• Driver CPC Card
• Digital Tachograph Card
• Minimum of two years' Category C+E driving experience
• No more than six penalty points for minor offences

Responsibilities

• Complete depot-to-depot trunking deliveries
• Operate Category C+E vehicles safely and efficiently
• Carry out pre-use and post-use vehicle checks
• Ensure loads are secured safely and correctly
• Complete all transport paperwork and documentation
• Comply with road transport legislation and company procedures
