Job summary

Lineage Logistics is seeking a HGV Class 1 Driver for the Seaham depot to support customer demand and deliver temperature-controlled logistics solutions. The role involves trunking and multi-drop deliveries, with strict adherence to road and hours regulations.

You must hold a C+E licence, DigiTacho and CPC, and be able to communicate in English. Shift pattern is 4 on 4 off nights, with overtime after 39 hours and a per-week shift allowance.

Qualifications

• Must have C+E driving licence, DigiTacho and CPC.
• Previous Class 1 driving experience.
• Able to lift up to 18kg.
• Clear English communication with team members.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the vehicle is legal and roadworthy at all times - complete daily checks and report defects.
• Ensure correct goods are loaded and secure before moving.
• Carry out trunking and multi-drop deliveries in a timely manner and in accordance with the law.
• Obtain signatures and paperwork before returning to depot.
