Job summary

Frances Bolitho Care Home in Penzance, Cornwall, is seeking Night Healthcare Assistants to join our dedicated night team. Part-time or full-time roles available.

If you’re caring, compassionate and hold a Care Certificate or a recognised qualification in Health and Social Care, we’d love to hear from you. You’ll provide high-quality, person-centred care overnight, assist with medication administration after training, and support colleagues as part of a close-knit team.

Qualifications

• Care Certificate or recognised Health and Social Care qualification.
• Willing to complete Care Certificate if not held.
• Experience in care, ideally with dementia or complex needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care, emotional reassurance, and practical support.
• Administer medication safely after training and competency sign-off.
• Support Night team and mentor colleagues when needed.
