Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and emotional reassurance to residents.
• Take on responsibilities such as medication administration following training.
• Support the Night Coordinator and mentor junior Healthcare Assistants.
• Maintain accurate digital records and ensure a calm, safe night environment.
• Follow care plans to deliver person-centred care and monitor residents' wellbeing.
