Job summary

Hotel du Vin Brighton is seeking a Night Porter to oversee hotel operations from evening to morning. You will manage the night-time Food & Beverage responsibilities, welcome guests, and ensure public areas remain immaculate while preparing spaces for the next day.

You will assist guests with luggage, handle inquiries, and perform nightly safety audits. Experience in a similar role is beneficial, and night shift experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hotel operations from sundown to sunrise.
• Manage the Food & Beverage department during the night.
• Welcome guests and ensure the public areas are clean and presentable.
• Assist guests with luggage and answer inquiries.
• Conduct nightly Health and Safety audits.
