Roundabout Ltd in Sheffield seeks a Group Living Key Worker - Night to support homeless young people aged 16-25. You will work within a 24/7 residential service, safeguarding residents and delivering trauma‑informed, person‑centred keywork.

You will help with budgeting, education access, tenancy readiness, and wellbeing. Night shifts four nights on/off on a rolling rota; you will complete welfare checks, maintain safe accommodation, and ensure clear handovers and compliance with safeguarding and

Competenze

• Experience in social care or safeguarding preferred.
• Ability to work night shifts within a 24/7 residential setting.
• Understanding of Looked After Children and care leavers.

Mansioni

• Safeguard residents overnight and provide out-of-hours support.
• Deliver trauma-informed, person-centred keywork sessions.
• Follow safety plans and risk management as directed.
• Maintain safe, hygienic, and compliant accommodation.
• Complete night registers and welfare checks.
• Ensure clear handovers and communication between shifts.
