Job summary

Mollie’s Manchester is seeking friendly Night Receptionists to join our growing hospitality team. You will welcome guests, handle check-ins/out, and support housekeeping to maintain Mollie’s high standards of guest experience.

We require at least 1 year of experience in a hotel receptionist or customer-facing role. The role offers a competitive hourly rate, 10% tronc, on-site parking and opportunities for career development within a fast-growing brand.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience as hotel receptionist or customer facing role.
• Must be over 18 for this role under Working Time Directive 1998.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to work nights and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and check them in/out.
• Coordinate with housekeeping to maintain Mollie’s room standards.
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed at all times.
• Assist guests with requests and resolve issues promptly.
