Job summary

About the role

As a Night Bank Enabling Support Worker it will be your role to provide support and encouragement, by taking direction from both the person supported and the person centred support plan.

You will be required to maintain accurate records while at work, in line with the service requirements. You may also be required to administer personal care and medication.

There will be the opportunity to cover sleep in sessions. You will be paid an additional £60 per sleep in.

Horizons is a residential transitional service for up to 13 young adults, based in Poole, Dorset. Residents have physical and intellectual disabilities and associated medical needs.

Horizons residents, are supported to access the local community, gain life skills and attend further education and courses. Our core values are at the heart of everything we do, with an inclusive environment that promotes independent living skills and interests.
