Job summary

Advance Training & Recruitment Services is seeking Electrical Supervisors for a major London Underground communications upgrade. This is a working supervisor role leading teams of 4-8 operatives while remaining hands-on with installation activities, especially CAT6A and fibre cabling, trunking, tray and conduit installations.

Shifts are nights Sun-Thu 23:45-04:45 with immediate start. Weekend overtime is available at enhanced rates, offering long-term opportunities based on performance.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising site teams on electrical installations.
• Relevant safety and compliance qualifications are required.
• Hands-on involvement with installation activities is expected.

Responsibilities

• Supervise site teams, CMS installations including trunking, tray and conduit.
• Install, terminate and test CAT6A and fibre cabling.
• Perform field antenna and equipment installation.
