Carlisle Support Services is seeking an Electrical Supervisor based at the Hackney Wick office. You will oversee daily hard services for the Arriva Rail London contract, with a 4on/4off schedule and 12-hour shifts, including weekend work.

The role requires supervising subcontractors, ensuring compliance, and driving operational performance. Join a growing support services provider serving major brands with a strong focus on safety, quality, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• A Time Served Electrical apprenticeship with a wide knowledge of electrical systems.
• Experience in managing a team of engineers.
• Flexibility to adapt to new challenges.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Experience and knowledge on TfL work or Rail preferred.

Responsabilités

• Look after and manage daily running of hard services across the Arriva Rail London contract.
• Supervise/escort subcontractors and conduct site surveys for quotations.
• Manage reactive faults and PPMs with Scheduling team; assist helpdesk with information.
• Ensure HSQE requirements are met; vet RAMS and safe systems of work for subcontractors.
• Complete permit to work documents and chase progress on spares and procured materials.
• Provide holiday and sickness cover for the team; develop engineers and maintain a high-quality team.
