Job summary

Matchtech is seeking an experienced SPC Supervisor for a night-shift role on a London Underground rail communications project. The position covers sites across Zone 1 stations, with a long-term contract through to the end of 2025.

You will supervise site teams, oversee telecoms and electrical work, and provide on-site technical guidance while coordinating with engineers and managers to keep the project on track.

Qualifications

• Experience in SPC and rail telecoms.
• LU ICI, SSSTS, JIB/ECS, PASMA, Asbestos Awareness and Face Fit certifications preferred.
• First Aid and QUAF certifications desirable.

Responsibilities

• Supervising site teams and ensuring work is completed safely and to required standards.
• Overseeing telecoms and electrical installation, maintenance and fault-finding activities.
• Supporting the delivery of works in line with project requirements.
• Liaising with engineers, managers and stakeholders to keep projects moving.

SPC Supervisor - London Underground (Nights)

We're looking for an experienced SPC Supervisor to join a rail communications project across London Underground stations in Zone 1.

This is a long-term contract opportunity, working on a busy rail electrical and telecoms programme.

What you'll be doing:

• Supervising site teams and making sure work is completed safely and to the required standards
• Overseeing telecoms and electrical installation, maintenance and fault-finding activities
• Supporting the delivery of works in line with project requirements
• Liaising with engineers, managers and other stakeholders to keep projects moving
• Providing technical support and guidance to operatives on site

What we're looking for:

• Strong background in SPC, Telecoms and Electrical works
• Current LU ICI, SSSTS, JIB/ECS, PASMA, Asbestos Awareness and Face Fit
• First Aid and QUAF certifications are desirable
• Available for night shifts Sunday to Thursday (23:30 - 04:45)
