Job summary

Interlinx Consulting Ltd is seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Manager to lead electrical construction works for London Underground projects. The role focuses on site delivery, assurance documentation and coordination with subcontractors and client teams.

You will manage RAMS/ITPs, review permits and support telecoms/SISS works, with depot experience and LU standards knowledge. Office-based in London with 3-4 days on site per week.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Electrical Construction Manager within London Underground projects.
• Depot experience is essential.
• Strong knowledge of LU standards, processes and assurance requirements.
• Good knowledge of electrical construction, testing and commissioning.
• Exposure to telecoms and/or SISS systems advantageous.
• Strong documentation, assurance and organisational skills.
• Comfortable working from a London office 3-4 days per week with site attendance as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee electrical construction works across London Underground and depot environments.
• Coordinate site activities, subcontractors and delivery teams.
• Manage construction assurance, inspection, testing and handover documentation.
• Review and maintain RAMS, ITPs, permits and other project assurance paperwork.
• Support delivery of associated telecoms/SISS works where required.
• Liaise with engineering, safety, project and client teams to ensure compliance and successful delivery.
• Monitor progress, quality and documentation through to completion.
