Animal Trust (UK) is seeking a Veterinary Surgeon to join our night ECC service at Shrewsbury Hospital. The role is part-time (average 20 hours/week) with night shifts from 19:00 to 08:00, supported by daytime first-opinion and referral services for continuity of care.

Qualifications

• Registered Veterinary Surgeon with experience in emergency and critical care (ECC).
• Ability to work nights in a fast-paced hospital environment.
• Strong communication and empathy toward owners and patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency veterinary care during night shifts in ECC at Shrewsbury Hospital.
• Coordinate with day team to ensure continuity of care and clinical support.
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
