Job summary

Line Up Aviation is seeking an experienced Duty Manager to oversee line maintenance at London Luton Airport. The role requires coordinating daily shift operations, managing resources and maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates will have a UK CAA/EASA Part 66 B1 licence and experience with line maintenance and A320 family operations. Ability to handle AOG events and liaise with customers is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in line maintenance with supervisory responsibilities.
• UK CAA / EASA Part 66 B1 licence required.
• A320 family experience desirable, not essential.
• Strong knowledge of Part 145 requirements and aviation safety standards.
• Experience using MRO/ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate day-to-day line maintenance activities.
• Manage engineering resources, workload and priorities.
• Support aircraft serviceability, operational disruption and AOG situations.
• Ensure compliance with Part 145 requirements and aviation safety standards.
• Liaise effectively with customers and operational teams.
• Ensure effective shift handovers and accurate operational records.
