Job summary

Line Up Aviation is seeking a B1 Licensed Engineer for a permanent role at Luton. The successful candidate will perform line maintenance on the A320 family, ensuring airworthiness, compliance with CAP 642 and company procedures, and safe, efficient aircraft turnaround.

You must hold UK CAA Part 66 B1 licence with A320 type ratings, and be able to work nights on a 12-hour shift pattern. Driving licence required.

Qualifications

• Current UK CAA Part 66 B1 Licence with A320 family type ratings.
• Extensive hands-on line maintenance experience on the A320 family.
• Ability to work a night shift pattern (12 hour shifts).
• Driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure tooling, equipment and premises are serviceable and discrepancies reported.
• Ensure compliance with aircraft inspection requirements and production documentation.
• Maintain licence, qualifications and training validity for inspection duties.
• Maintain knowledge of maintenance procedures and uphold safety, airworthiness and performance standards.
• Produce accurate handovers and maintain shift logs.
• Complete maintenance and inspection tasks efficiently within resources and cost constraints.
• Support on-time performance for customer airlines and liaise with interfacing departments.
