Job summary

Lanes Group are seeking a Drainage Engineer for night shifts in Camberley, England. The role is permanent and full-time, with a 4 days on/4 days off pattern and nights.

You will inspect, diagnose and repair drainage networks, travel to residential sites, record reports and maintain safety standards on site. The successful candidate will work on the Thames Water contract, receiving full training and supporting colleagues while ensuring high-quality service across the region.

Qualifications

• Permanent full-time role with night shifts and 4 days on 4 days off.
• Full training will be provided on joining the Thames Water contract.
• Willingness to work nights and in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Travel to residential sites within the region to power high-pressure water systems.
• Clean, clear and maintain drainage networks and report on completion.
• Record job reports on specialist equipment and run diagnostics.
• Maintain H&S practices and ensure PPE and site safety standards.
• Coordinate with Thames Water and liaise on progress and updates.
• Utilise VISTEC and Salesforce platforms as part of daily tasks.
